    Product Description

    PET release film use transparent PET Film as substrate, coated on organic silicone, bring release ability on one side of the film. Mainly used in Self-adhesive materials, advertising materials, waterproof materials and other fields. It possess stable peel strength, low residue, good surface evenness, Clean and good deflection.

    1.Release Strength

    10 to 20 gf/inch, all the data mentioned above are test by our company, There are many test methods on the market.

    For the test methods on the market, we have the following reference values for reference:

    • Use TESA 7475 adhesive tape laminated for 30 minutes at room temperature, result: 8 to 13gf/inch
    • Use TESA 7475 adhesive tape laminated for 24 hours at room temperature, result: 15±3gf/inch
    • Use TESA 7475 adhesive tape laminated for 24 hours at 70℃, result: 22±5gf/inch

    2.Residual Viscosity Rate

    The Residual Viscosity Rate test methods on the market are mostly same presently, but the difference in the method affects the test results. The Residual Viscosity Rate of our PET Release film could reach 92%~94%.

    The above two indicators are the most critical indicators of the release film, the stability of the silicon coating for the release force reaction, and the residual reaction is the bonding fastness between the silicone oil and the base film.
